We opened on a very low budget and did a lot of the renovations ourselves. Everything went fast from there! My husband, Kids and I were sitting at Deweys in downtown Worthington when we saw the “for rent” sign and immediately felt like it was the perfect space. I quickly met Molly Bower who had Oasis Face Bar down on Gay Street at the time and she was looking to expand. The transition was hard but I slowly found my footing and after being a stay-at-home mom to my then 2 amazing kids, knew I wanted to take a chance and start my own business! I have always been extremely interested in skin care and knew entrepreneurship was in my blood (as all of my family members are business owners). We up and moved for a job change for my husband and to be closer to his family. I loved my life in Hoboken with my husband and daughter, Everly! Then, God had different plans for my life. After I got my Masters in Early Childhood development, I landed my dream job as a Master Teacher within our district.
